RINA is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant�to join its office in Montreal�within the�Marine�Division


Mission

The role is focused on�administrative activities to BU teams


Job Responsibilities

Act as point of contact for internal and external customers

Provide general support to visitors

Manage information: answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule

appointments, plan meetings and take minutes, write and distribute email,

correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

Manage documentation: develop and maintain a filing system to register incoming�and outgoing documents, sort, check and distribute the documents

Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, if necessary

Education
High School Diploma/GED
